Dead and didn’t know it

dead dolls

They were dead but did not know it.

Wasn’t anything to show;

How empty and black their lives;

became and nothing survives;

But hate and pain.

Nothing will remain;

Of their love or past.

Obvious it couldn’t last.

When she was dead inside,

But he held on for the ride,

Out of fear of revenge,

made endless amends,

For things he hadn’t done.

So neither won,

When they crawled in their tombs.

I'm an author with an associate's in psychology. Interested in a lot of different things, and love controversy. The more controversial the better, but that's not all I'm interested in. Can be a bit confusing at times, but that's normal!
