Whispers of Owls and Others

whisper of owl

Secrets once told float into air

Always hanging there.

Those that we trusted now

Are clutching every vow.

Every word of love and hate

Every time and every date.

Hanging like rotten fruit

To finally take root.

Be careful who you betray

For one day

They will have your tales

of woe and wales

of hatred of dread

All that you spewed out of your head

Just floating ripe for the picking

with the knife that is sticking

Out of their backs.

I'm an author with an associate's in psychology. Interested in a lot of different things, and love controversy. The more controversial the better, but that's not all I'm interested in. Can be a bit confusing at times, but that's normal!
