Overview: Traveling school teacher fancies a rich debutante, so does the local town hero. The town is rumored to be haunted not by just one ghost but many, foremost being the Headless Horseman. There is a party where the three are in attendance, when the debutante spurns the teacher, he flees her house and is chased by the “headless horseman” and disappears.
Opinion: Everyone knows the story, courtesy of the many different versions spread through movies and retelling. The original is a bit flowery with the descriptions and unnecessary details for my taste.
Recommend: Not so much.
